TEACHER TO DIGITAL MARKETER

After completing my +2 education in Bio-Science in 2020, I realized that choosing this branch was a mistake, especially since my marks were low. Understanding the need for a professional course before pursuing my bachelor’s degree, I decided to enroll in a Diploma in Elementary Education at Farook College ITE, a course designed to become an LP/UP teacher.

Those two years were highly beneficial for me. The course shaped me into a better person, and teaching became my passion. However, to become a government school teacher, I needed to qualify for the PSC (Public Service Commission) exam. After completing my diploma in 2022, I started preparing for the LPST/UPST PSC examinations while also pursuing a Bachelor’s in Malayalam through distance education at SNGOU.

I dedicated two years to exam preparation and completed the exams in July 2024. Fortunately, I cleared the qualification mark and made it to the shortlist. However, there were still many challenges ahead. The next step was the PSC interview, where over 3,000 qualified candidates would compete. After the interview, the rank list would be published, followed by considerations like reservations and additional marks, making the process lengthy and uncertain. There was no guarantee of securing a job.

This uncertainty led me to research future career opportunities. After thorough investigation, I discovered that Digital Marketing was a promising and rapidly growing field. To build a strong foundation in this field, I needed a well-established academy with placement support, which led me to choose CDA Academy for my digital marketing journey.

This is how a teacher aspirant became a digital marketing aspirant.
